How is Office Tier List different from a broker?
Brokers earn commission from operators when you sign, usually 10 to 15 percent of your first year's rent. We don't. There's no commission, no referral fee, and no pricing pressure pushing you toward higher-commission offices. You contact and negotiate with providers directly.
What does "Verified" mean?
A verified office is one we've physically inspected. Our team spends 2 to 3 hours on site testing WiFi under real load, measuring noise, checking amenities and speaking with current tenants. Each verified office gets a tier rating and a downloadable PDF inspection report. The badge means a real person has been there and signed off.
What areas do you cover?
