Gutter Vac Gutter Cleaning
ASG Cleaning Services use the latest Gutter Vac System when cleaning gutters at high levels making the job safer, quicker and cheaper. If you own or lease any type of property, it may be your responsibility to make sure the Gutters are kept clean and blockage free. It is unlikely that a leak or flood caused by blocked Gutters would be covered by your buildings insurance,as it is a completely preventable occurrence. It is important to clean your gutters as water constantly overflows from blocked gutters causing extensive damp on the outside and mould on the inside of your building as it is absorbed by the bricks. Firstly a survey can be carried out using the Gutter-Cam at heights up to 20 metres to establish the areas of guttering that require cleaning, a recording of the survey both before and after the clean may be made and replayed directly form the monitor to show the interested parties or the survey can be imported onto a computer and burned to a DVD. The DVD may then be passed to your insurers or stored for future reference. The Gutter-Cam survey will if you wish record other problems with the buildings structure that could not otherwise be seen without scaffolding or ladders for example missing roof tiles and pointing, loose brickwork etc.
