Hello, my name is Sandra Harvey and I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor working in private practice, mainly in Oswestry. I offer daytime or evening appointments and accept referrals from individuals, couples, EAPs (Employee Assistance programmes), the NHS and other specialist agencies. I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as an Integrative Psychotherapist. I am experienced in working with: • traumatic memories and post traumatic stress • family or relationship difficulties • loss and change • separation and divorce • life transitions • problems at work • loneliness, anxiety or low mood • distressing feelings or thoughts • the search for meaning in life. Although many clients may have identified particular difficulties they wish to understand better and work on, my approach is always on understanding the whole person, rather than finding the right label.
