I work with people who want to be more successful in their Life, Career or Business. Focussing on client performance to achieve their dreams, goals and ambitions. I motivate, build client confidence and work on client focus to ensure positive outcomes. I challenge and work hard with my clients to help them realise they can have more and get more out of life. On the business side, I have spent two years developing a great coaching product; the 100 day coaching program for key staff recruited or promoted who are required to get up to speed quickly and further develop spcific soft skills and management and leadership skills. I call this product, ICR coaching product which measures client progress and allows the coach, client and sponsor to measure client progress in a positive manner over the coaching period.
