Aiuchi jiu jitsu encompasses throws, locks and strikes which can be used by anyone regardless of size, weight, gender or level of fitness. We train in a relaxed and friendly environment and beginers aged 18 and over are always welcome. come along and watch or better still try it out.We train on Tuesday and Thursday Evenings between 7:30 and 9:30pm. As a 'not for profit' organisation we aim to keep costs as low as possible and so you are unlikely to find comparable training for the same price. Please contact us for more information.
