Hitex Type 1 HFS is a hot-applied high friction surfacing proven to prevent road traffic accidents, particularly in wet weather conditions. Laid on the existing road surface, it is ideal for roundabout approach roads, sharp bends, pedestrian crossing approaches and accident black spots. Our Type 1 material is BBA Certified HAPAS Approved, and is manufactured for both hot and cold application.
