Thread Rolling
At De Marchi Engineering we have two Semi-Automatic Thread Rolling Machines with no limit on rolling length. We can roll up to M16 in Stainless Steel and up to M20 in Mild Steel. Our new Semi-automated machine expands our working capacity up to 60mm dia. with a maximum rolling pressure or 18 tons and no limit on thru-feed length. We have a comprehensive tooling library suitable for most applications. Tooling is also available for Knurling and Splining.
