Ella is an experienced counsellor who works with both adults and young people living with a life limiting illness. She has worked extensively with individuals living with bereavement and loss.Ella also works with men and women attending to problem gambling and works closely with their partners/family members.She is able to offer creative/art therapy to enable some young people to display emotions and concerns when words are difficult to find.She uses Mindfulness techniques to help clients with anxiety and depression.Ella also has experience of working with people with relationship difficulties and major life changes.
