Smoked Trout, Smoked Salmon and Smoked Cheese
We offer hot smoked whole trout, smoked trout pate, sliced smoked Salmon, smoked salmon pate and smoked cheese. Our products will be available from Hanningfield Reservoir at the Visitors centre, local Farmshops and Farmers markets. The Smokehouse is not open to the public.
