Due to the all year round appeal of the Peak District, we believe that pricing should remain the same regardless of school or bank holidays. We have simplified the process to offer one price all year round (*), with no additional charges for heating/lighting or bed linen (please be thoughtful with lighting and heating).  Please note that towels are not included.  (*) This does exclude Christmas and New Years Eve.2011 Prices:2 night stay (usually Friday and Saturday) arriving at 4pm Friday and leaving mid-day Sunday is £1760 (including VAT).Special offerTo extend your stay by an extra night (usually Sunday), we are happy to offer a reduced rate of £440.Midweek flexibile optionsAlthough the Barn is designed to comfortably cater for groups up to 24,  after listening to customer feedback from guests, we are now happy to offer more flexibility regarding group sizes during mid week periods.If you are a family looking to arrange a holiday, re-union or party, or an organisation planning a residential course or corporate team building exercise, we are sure we can create a package to suit you.All additional mid-week nights are priced at £680 per night with no additional heating or lighting costs.Christmas and New Year 2011Christmas 3 night stay, £3000Christmas 4 night stay, £4000Christmas 5 night stay, £5000New Year 3 night stay, £3000New Year 4 night stay, £4000New Year 5 night stay, £5000To secure a booking a deposit of 30% is required and can be paid by cheque or bank transfer.Midweek bookings are priced according to group size.  Please see 'midweek flexibility options' for more detailed information.A  security bond of £300 is required and will be added to the final invoice (due 6 weeks prior to the date of booking) and returnable 48 hours after departure.Check in is available from 4pm. If you are running late as you travel, do please try to keep us informed, so we can be sure to receive you and show you around the premises.  Please note we are happy to accommodate earlier arrivals from 2pm when possible.The barn is designed and insured to cater for a maximum of 24 people. Any group exceeding these numbers will result in the forfeiture of the bond.Please do not bring any additional large-scale music equipment without our prior consent and we would ask you be considerate regarding late night noise levels with respect to the neighbouring farm and local residents.
