Progressive Wills Ltd was established by Gary Taylor LLB to provide legal services to the local community at an affordable price. Gary qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and he practised as a full time Wills Trusts and Probate solicitor until 2013. He was the Wills Probate and Trusts partner at an established eight partner East Lancashire solicitors practice from 2008 until June 2013. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of estate planning, will writing and estate administration. Although not a solicitors practice the work undertaken by Progressive Wills Ltd must comply with a strict code of practice laid down by the Institute of Professional Willwriters which serves to protect the interests of its clients. This Code of Practice is approved by the Office Of Fair Trading.
