We offer Pilates & Therapeutic Massage in a centrally located Studio; both individual sessions for rehab or fitness programmes and small group classes. Classes are very small (2 - 6 clients per class). The level of individual attention from the instructor is high, and there is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Classes run 5 days a week, daytimes and evenings. We offer mat work classes as well as specialised classes such as Pilates 4 Pregnancy, Gymball Pilates and 'Back Care' Standing/ Seated Pilates. We use a range of small equipment to enhance the workout - small balls, bands, toning circles, stability cushions.We can provide sessions for clients with poor mobility or medical conditions such as Osteoporosis and Parkinson's Disease. We also offer special classes for NHS Staff. We receive referrals from Physiotherapists, GPs, Osteopaths & Chiropracters.NEC Pilates is registered with Body Control Pilates, HPC, REPs and FHT.
