At various stages throughout theprocess, drafts of the emerging Strategy can be considered by your managementteam to ensure that the final product has a high degree of ownership.Strand 3:"Turning Strategy into Action"It is recognised that many businesses will require supportin turning their high level strategy into tangible actions which have ameasurable impact on sustainability performance over an agreed timescale. DRResolutions can offer tailored support across all sustainability factors. This takesthe form of a detailed Action Plan, developed in partnership with you and your keydelivery personnel.
