The aim of ' Staffordshire Figures Online ' is to offer a good selection of antique Staffordshire Figures for sale at reasonable prices. Staffordshire Figures were produced in the Staffordshire Potteries from the 1840's - 1880's. They portrayed ' Celebrities' of the Victorian era from Royalty, politicians, actors to notorious criminals ! These naive, but charming figures brought much needed colour to the dark, dreary homes of the Working Classes in nineteenth century England. The collecting of these figures makes a fascinating hobby & they display brilliantly on a mantlepiece or bookshelf.
