Scanto3d offers Subcontract 3D Laser Scanning, 3D Inspection, 3D Modelling and Reverse Engineering bureau service. We offer 3D laser scanning for reverse engineering and inspection purposes. We offer Contact and Non-Contact Inspection. Scanto3d have full cad facilities for creating parametric models. Scanto3d can perform reverse engineering and inspection jobs in-house, but because of the portability of the equipment we use we can also work On-Site. We use Romer Infinite 2 7 Axis Arm with a Perceptron V5 Laser Scanner which can capture 458000 points per second and can capture very high detail. We use this in conjunction with Polyworks Modeler & Inspector. Scanto3d use Solidworks for all 3D Modelling projects. We have over 10 years experience in 3D Cad/Cam. We have a secure ftp site which enables customers to send and receive very large files quickly. At Scanto3d we aim to offer the complete solution from design through to finished part inspection service.
