Registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection, The Hollies Nursing and Residential Care Home has been in the same ownership since 1980 and provides 42 registered places, wheelchair access to both floors, a pleasant, sheltered garden with seating area and parking for visiting friends and relatives. Medical care is, of course a priority and at The Hollies they employ trained and experienced nursing staff - 90% of whom are qualified at least to NVQ2 level. With regard to attendance by a GP, the service user is encouraged to continue to use their existing doctor if this is practical.
