We send our qualified, CRB checked and insured therapist to your home or workplace to give you the appropriate service. We offer general sports massage to help up-keep general well being and healthy muscles. We also have more specific treatments such as: posture correction; for those with rounded shoulders we can get you standing proud again, injury rehabilitation; for old and new injuries, pain relief treatments; everyone suffers with general aches and pains but normally it won't go away without a few treatments to fix the muscles, we also offer personal training in your home and local area; we will come to your house and give 1 on 1 (or small groups) sessions to help motivate you and also get you into a weekly regime that will make you healthier and fitter, plus outdoor work if appropriate, and we bring the healthy recovery food.
