The newly refurbished Powerstation Gym provides mixed gym facilities containing a wide range of resistance equipment, free weights and cardio equipment. The communal areas and changing rooms have recently been refurbished and we offer seperate male and female saunas.Personal training sessions with Mark can be arranged by calling us, to get fit for that event or just for summer at only £15 per sessionOur beautician Suzy mead offers a wide range of beauty treatments, holistic therapy and massage.We now offer classes to members and non members, please check our website for a timetable or call us.Membership starts from £30 per month, discounts for Students and Emergency Services or £5 per session.
