You now have at your disposal teams of highly qualified UK based engineers. In other words, we don't use call centres on the other side of the world. There are NO premium rate support numbers to ring. Instead, we give you a local number to call. You will be speedily answered each time by one of the same friendly, knowledgeable support guys. These is rarely any waiting time for telephone support and certainly no confusing automated phone menu options for you to navigate. That's a promise!
