Cookwise was chosen to take part in a ‘tried and tested’ comparison of children’s cookery courses by mums and working With the Cookwise course, the aim is to use basic fresh ingredients, maybe using some of the excellent local food producers in your area,, to make healthy, enjoyable family meals Most of us worry about how healthy the processed food is that the supermarkets offer us, but at the same time busy lives means that cooking with fresh ingredients is still something that perhaps doesn't happen as often as we would like at home
