Counselling is a place to explore a difficulty you may be having, distress you may be experiencing or perhaps your dissatisfaction with life, or loss of a sense of direction and purpose. Counselling is a way of enabling choice or change or of reducing confusion. It does not involve me making decisions for you or telling you what to do. I will not judge or exploit you in any way. Both Reiki and Indian Head Massage can be very relaxing and help relieve stress and tension.
