I created Strawberry Sofa to support people with just getting a different perspective on life - you know how sometimes life gets in the way - I offer Life Coaching and now Personal Training for weight loss and improving fitness - I am particularly passionate about helping people to learn to love their body, building confidence and just making people feel great!
