Greenwood Grange is a complex of 17 cottages of varying sizes, sleeping from 2 to 12 with leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, games room and outdoor play area. Located to the East of Dorchester in the hamlet of Higher Bockhampton, the cottages offer easy access to the coast at Weymouth, just 8 miles away, in addition to the historic Jurassic coast. Sherbourne, Bridport and Poole are within 40 minutes drive. Pets are welcome in some of the cottages and we have an enclosed dog walking area on site, however with Thorncombe Woods and Thomas Hardy's cottage on the doorstep there are beautiful trails to follow from the complex. The larger cottages are graded 5 star with the smaller properties achieving Visit Britain 4 star. We hold a Gold standard Green Tourism Business Award and were voted Dorset's number 1 self catering property in the 2013 Dorset Tourism Awards and Bronze across the South West.
