Planning Permission
We'll take your initial brief and develop it through a series of drawings and meetings into a fully worked final design including floor plans and elevations - the design process can be as short or long as it needs to be! We can then act as your agent, making an application for planning permission to the local planning authoritY. Once approved, we will also advise on any conditions to the approval.
