NVQs are the ideal path for many employees as they allow the candidate to complete their portfolio of work-based evidence alongside their day-to-day job. Since the H&S qualifications are evidence-based, this means no exams! Competence-based qualifications meant that candidates demonstrate their capabilities in line with the NVQ criteria as part of a portfolio which we help you build – we do not use a cloud-based platform or expect you to work out what needs to be filed under what section.
