I specialise in providing caring and nurturing Reflexology treatments that will support you on your healing journey. This powerful yet gentle therapy may be used to treat a wide range of physical and emotional conditions from IBS to migraine. After the initial confidential free consultation, all that is required is for you to get comfortable on the treatment couch. After the treatment, I will discuss what I have discovered and quite often recommend some life style adjustments to complement your treatment. It is usually advisable to have a course of 6 treatments to start shifting conditions, especially if these are longstanding. I also offer a wonderful therapeutic Natural Lift Facial massage. Benefits include soothing headaches and sinus problems. I bring over 20 years experience to your treatments and very much look forward to working with you! Treatments are available from two clinics, Braintree and Halstead. Home visits, parties, and work place treatments can also be arranged.
