Where a larger and more complex building is required, modular buildings can provide the solution. Excel offer new buildings for both hire and purchase that can be used for a number of applications whether set up as a stand-alone building or as an extension to an existing property. It can be open plan; partitioned to form offices, and up to three storeys high. They are delivered to the site in pre-finished modules with heating, lighting systems, and with flooring and wall coverings already in place. Excel can offer a full design and build package, site operations and building regulations management. Apart from being quicker to install than the conventional methods of construction, it is 100% recoverable meaning that your modular building can be re-located to another site if required or re-sold.
