An experienced BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor providing counselling services to individual clients and couples on a range of personal issues. These include anxiety, stress, anger management, depression, bullying, dealing with loss, eating disorders, abuse, low self esteem and relationship issues. Working with strategies such as CBT, psychodynamic counselling and solution focussed therapy, counselling is provided in a safe confidential environment in pleasant surroundings with easy access and ample parking on the outskirts of Basingstoke.Counselling is provided on a one to one basis either on a time limited or an open ended basis dependent upon the issues brought by each client. A key task is to find the right approach for each client. Clients are invited to attend an initial informal meeting. This provides an opportunity to look at the issues of concern and how this counselling can to deal help with those issues.
