Bennie's Birds runs Birdwatching trips in Edinburgh and the Lothians. The bird watching venues are all within a short distance of Edinburgh (30 mins max) and most, if not all, are accessible by public transport. I aim to take out a max of 8 persons (obviously as not to disturb the birds too much) but have taken out both larger and smaller groups. I believe that bird watching and walking in the countryside generally, especially in good company, is essential in helping to raise and maintain people's mental health! This is an aspect of bird watching that I encourage and hopefully through Bennie's Birds a happy and informal atmosphere is maintained. Bennie's Birds takes place on Saturdays throughout the year, weekday evenings in the summer and I can be available at other times if I am given sufficient notice. I do have a full time job at the moment.
