At MAP Property Ltd we specialise in Commercial Development. We were formed in 2006 having gathered over forty years experience spanning many countries and many types of developments. Map Property works throughout the UK developing hotel, retail, leisure and mixed use schemes. Our in-house property knowledge allows us to undertake speculative development, bespoke projects for end users or simply provide a Development and or Construction consultancy throughout the development process. We have more that 40 years Commercial Development experience. We have built up expert knowledge of the Hoteliers, their brands, the contractors, the consultants, the suppliers, the designers, the architects, the investors and the planning needs and requirements. This experience has proved invaluable and as a result we decided, in addition to our own developments and partnerships to offer a Development and Construction consultancy service.
