Upstage Left is a Lincolnshire based touring theatre company The essence of all new writing theatre companies is to support every facet of new theatre and Upstage Left is no different We are still in the early stages of our life as companies go, but the company’s founders are extremely committed to new writing and the production of strong varied theatre, with our ever growing network of performers we are attempting to bring the cream of the UK’s unrecognised writers into the public eye We are then moving on to a black comedy in late summer and finally, in the autumn we are proud to present ‘Loud Mouse’ productions, a duo from Leeds who produce their own brand of physically diverse clowning We do not buy plays; we come to a financial agreement with the author / playwright to be the first to produce their work
