About C. Rose Cleaning Limited
At C.Rose Cleaning Limited, we provide window cleaning services to customers in Bicester and across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire.
We aim to be the best window cleaning service you’ll ever use. In fact, we’re so confident in the quality of our work that every clean we do is guaranteed for 24 hours. If you find any issues with your clean, we’ll re-clean your entire property again, free of charge!
Every member of staff at C.Rose Cleaning Limited takes pride in the fact we are a professional, family run, local window cleaner. Our customers have peace of mind knowing we have full liability insurance and are an official registered company (Company Number: 14281158).
You can get your instant, online no-obligation quote from our website.
We use the Water Fed Pole method to leave your windows beautifully clean in nearly all weather conditions. Your windows will be thoroughly washed with purified water and left to dry naturally as we remove any contaminants that usually cause spotting or limescale that are found in regular tap water.
How do I pay?
We only accept automated payments by credit/debit card or Direct Debit. Payments are only processed once your clean has been completed and you’ll always be notified by email once we’ve charged you. We do not accept manual payments such as cash or bank transfer under any circumstances.
Payment services are provided by Stripe, Inc and GoCardless, LTD.
How often will you come?
We only offer our services to regular customers and you can choose from either a 4 or 8 week cleaning schedule.
Do you send appointment reminders or just turn up?
We always confirm your appointments by text message and email the day before you’re due. This not only gives you a heads up that you’ll be receiving a visit from us, but it means you can make sure access is available so we can successfully clean your property on time and without disturbing you.
