Key Holding & Call Out Service
  Included in the basic security check package is a key holding service. Client's keys will be kept in a heavy duty electronic locking key cabinet safe and details of the property will be listed separately from the safe.For a small additional premium we offer a 24 hours 7 days a week emergency call out service with a dedicated emergency number.We encourage all our clients to register Holiday Home Service with the Devon and constabulary, furthermore, clients are encouraged to distribute our contact details to neighbours and friends adjacent to the property.All Holiday Home Services staff are checked for past or present convictions and or offences. We are also holders of a Security Industry Authority Key Holders Licence for additional peace of mind.In addition to holding keys, we can provide Access Managementto allow such things as scheduled deliveries or warranty repairs.
