When you hear about the trials and tribulations of people claiming against their insurance policy you tend to think "I bet all insurance is the same and they are going to make things difficult for me if I need to claim." Well, think again if you are insured with i:protect. Recently a policyholder sent a bunch of flowers in thanks to the member of the i:protect claims team dealing with his monthly benefit payments. Furthermore, some 50 people have sent letters expressing thanks for the service they received.
