Thermal Stress Relief
Our in-house electric powered stress relieving oven has the capacity to cope with fabrications of all grades & types up to 6.2m long x 2.6m wide x 1.8m high x 15 tonnes in weight. We fire 5 nights a week & even weekends for long soak items or customer specific projects. Our oven is fully calibrated & for each 'furnace batch' we can supply a stress relieving chart to cover the cycle. The oven is generally conducted in accordance with BS 5500.
