The new equipment includes three new ovens and three new spray booths. The ovens, manufactured by experts Gallitoare 4m and2.6m. The third oven is a 2m small batch oven. The booths are 3m and 2m waterwash and a 2m dry backed booth, all manufactured by Gallito. All equipmenthas been designed to significantly reduce it's impact on the environment, minimising energy loss.The ovens are gas fired with recirculating fans, while the booths have improved extraction whilstalmost eradicating any particles being emitted to the atmosphere.Turnaround times are significantly reduced with the new energy efficient ovens being operated by fully digitalised process timers.We have also purchased from Hi-Tec Spray a new Optiflex powder gun. These are the latest industry standard powder guns being offered by ITW Gema. In fact, all of our powder guns are by the same manufacturer.To enable us to expand our facilities further we have installed a Vixen Jetair shotblast cabinet.
