I started up Rebecca's Cupcakes 3 years ago. I realised that there were very few cakes and cupcakes available which offer consumers fantastic taste without the use of artificial flavourings, colours and preservatives. I felt so strongly that the addition of artificial ingredients was completely unnecessary; I decided to open a cupcake business with a difference. Since 2007, I have created over 5,000 cupcakes for weddings, parties, birthdays, gifts, craft fairs, baby showers, Christenings and many other events and occasions.
