Carpets Royale are a family run business based in Hastings, East Sussex having 30 years experience in the flooring industry. The owner of the Company is a time served carpet fitter with old fashioned values. You will deal only with the owner of the business from the first phone call or email and throughout the supply & fitting process. We truly believe our customers come first and are an important part of our business infrastructure without whom we would have no business. Every job, every measure, every carefully drawn plan is just as important as the one before and will be as the next, treated with the same passion and dedication that has brought Carpets Royale to the place it is today. We commit ourselves to training our staff to learning and brushing up on not only the latest techniques and procedures but also certain tried and tested methods of traditionally fitting carpets from days gone by. We are members of the NICF or National Institute of Carpet and Floorlayers who are a recognised trade body of flooring installers that has been in service for many many years. We carry certificate of membership and NICF Identification cards. You can find more details at www.nicfltd.org.uk.
