Office cleaning review

We contracted with Direct Cleaning Services (Sheffield) Ltd as our preferred supplier for all the cleaning requirements for our Head office in Sheffield a year ago after previously using a facilities management team. In my opinion it was the best move we made, I now have more contact and control over our service levels. We opted for them as they are local to us, make themselves available to us at any given time and they seem to care not only about their clients, but also the teams they employ. We have regular visits from the area supervisor allocated to us and on the whole offer a first class service. They now also look after our personal hygiene and window cleaning services too.
