Digital laser scanning metric surveys for English Heritage
Once a site has been scanned we can generate detailed dimensionally accurate 3D models. These can be used to monitor stone erosion, accurately preserve a digital record of the current state of repair and create high quality casts of stone work and cornicing. 3D models can be post processed in 3D studio max to create photo realistic virtual models which can used for a variety of educational multimedia video and film uses. We can also create high definition video fly bys and animations of the site in traditional or even 3D stereoscopic viewing. Results can be provided in the following formats:
