Heim Modular Data Recorder
The HEIM DATaRec® MDR family of ZODIAC Data Systems sets new standards for flight test instrumentation and represents the next generation of FTI. The product family offers a flexible system that can be equipped with user changeable signal conditioning interfaces to meet a wide range of applications. The product line starts with the MDR-2s recorder and provides a data acquisition system for the recording of up to 32 channels an ultra compact cockpit mountable housing. Data is recorded in IRIG-106 chapter 10 data format onto a CF card which can be replayed with any PC. The high end of the product line is characterized by the eight slot version MDR-8 whereby the recording is performed onto a removable sealed solid state memory cartridge with a capacity of up to 500 GB.
