We are Plough to Plate, and here's what we do: whenever a shop or a chef needs the best Cornish food and drink, we find it and take it to them; and whenever Cornish producers need to get what they've made or grown into Cornish shops and restaurants, we make that happen too We are Hedgerow Cottage based just outside of Liskeard and have successfully been producing our "Cornish" version of the Southern African beef delicacy snack, Biltong With massive success at the Royal Cornwall and Liskeard shows we have developed from a "hobby" business into a full and proper business supplying our hugely popular and healthy beef snack alternative across the region
