The Barn is a converted 200 year old barn. A romantic retreat for two to escape the bustle of normal life. Close enough to visit attractions in Devon and also visit Cornwall's many places of interest. Not too far from Padstow and Port Isaac, many of guests book a visit to one of these for a meal during their stay. 6 miles from Boscastle and with Widemouth Bay not too far away whether its beaches you are after or day trips out further afield this is a lovely retreat to return to. Well equipped kitchen and lounge with a wood burner, smart TV, bluetooth speaker, coffee maker, and a double jacuzzi bath and great shower, king size double bed - small garden and private parking you have everything you need for the perfect break!

Fantastic host's and fantastic cottage.
The cottage is excellent very clean and well equipped, and in a very quiet area. Plenty of nearby attractions within 20-30 minute drive. Jan and Tim were the perfect hosts, very helpful and always on hand if needed. We felt we had made new friends and would not hesitate to return.

What a cracking holiday let, situated just a short drive from the wonders of the north Cornwall coast, The ideal spot for a romantic break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We would highly recommend a stay at the barn it's somewhere we would be more than happy to return too.
The Barn at Trelash
Well there are no words to describe this little gem. Our 25th Wedding Anniversary was during our stay and Jan & Tim presented us with a lovely gift to celebrate our special day. (Thank you both again :) ) From entering the driveway we knew we had found our home from home. We really don't know how we managed to leave but The Barn will always have a special place in our hearts. Everything about The Barn is just so high standard. The beautiful bedroom and huge bathroom (I so want one of those) are fantastic and the quaint stairs and comfy lounge with smart tv etc just made it feel so comfortable and safe. The sheep are adorable- so funny to witness them at the tiny window. Well we really hope to come again and in the meantime I think I'll be earning commission if everyone ive told so far actually books with you. Jan and Tim - you truly are STARS!! Thank you ( lovely ginger cake and prosecco too) xx
