Collect & Return Service
Our collect & return service is popular for home users who require their computer or laptop to be repaired for a fixed labour charge. This service is charged at £40.00 fixed fee including collection and return of your computer or laptop.The computer or laptop would be booked collected from your home or workplace if more convenient from Warrington or surrounding area. The item would then be booked into our fully equipped and fully insured workshop premises where we will diagnose & fix the problem. If the problem requires an additional part we will always call you prior to fitting this part and gain your consent for the work to be carried out. If you do not wish to go ahead at this point you simply tell us and we will return your computer or laptop to your address and request a diagnostic charge of £20.00 to cover the diagnostics and mileage charges.****This option is only available for residential consumer customers.
