Much of this experience was gained whilst working in SpecialHospitals and Secure Units.Upon founding Trimar Care, he was able to apply this knowledge and experience indevising services in which the principles applied within the secure sector could beapplied to Community Placements as part of the step down process ofrehabilitation.In PracticeBy applying extremely robust procedures throughout the assessment, riskmanagement and service design processes of a referral, Trimar Care is able tosupport the most challenging of individuals in Community placements.By designing bespoke, person centred care plans and ensuring that risk assessmentsand protocols are developed with the input of all interested parties, we ensure thesafety and wellbeing of the individual whilst maintaining the safety of thecommunity.By involving the professionals in the Forensic Mental Health System, and bycarefully selecting and training our support teams, we are able to satisfy the criteriaof the most demanding Commissioners.Trimar Care Ltd has the flexibility to employ additional resource to a service at anytime should the need arise; ensuring Commissioners and Social Workers can rely oncontinuity of placements even in the event of crisis.Forensic Step‐Down Rehabilitation Services Bespoke PackagesBeing mindful of the issues that may present themselves in the placement ofcertain individuals within the community, we invite the involvement of SocialWorkers, NHS, Specialist Commissioners, Police and Home Office when we aredesigning a new service.With the inherent flexibility of retaining our own RMO and CBT, we are able to offerthe necessary input prior to transferring responsibility to local services.From the development of care plans, to the location of a particular property, wewill work alongside the relevant agencies to ensure that the welfare of thecommunity and the individual are given equal consideration.Where an existing vacancy i
