The only immediate neighbours you will have will be the local wildlife - red squirrels are a daily sighting next to the lodges! The forest lodges are set in the outstanding woodland estate of Blelack and come with your own pine forest, river and walks! They are within a short walking distance of the village of Logie Coldstone in the Highlands of Scotland and are are close to the charming hamlet of Dinnet, the gateway to the Eastern Highlands and Cairngorms National Park. Nearby are the larger villages of Aboyne and Ballater with their attractive restaurants and shops. Cairngorm Lodges are close to Balmoral Castle, the Scottish home of the British Royal Family and their are many other historic castles nearby and on the Victorian Heritage Trail.
