i make fruit pies , sponge cakes, and various bara briths/tea loafs, they contain mixed fruit/nuts, date and orange the list is endless. i also make scones sponge cakes, and also diabetic cakes.all are freshly made in my own kitchen which is registered with the enviromental services of the local council, i also have a food hygine certificate.i sart selling at welshpool market as from monday 15 sept.
