The Real Time, Customer Financial Capability and Verification Platform. Castlight is game-changing web technology that gets to the heart of the question: how do we really know a customer can afford the financial product they want? Castlight sheds new light on a customer's ability to afford a financial product. Now for the first time, financial retailers have a quick and easy technology platform that gives them a 'real time' window into a customer's ability to take on any product safely. Using current finance data from the customer's bank account, Castlight brings together for the first time the consumer's income and credit exposure - ensuring that any advice or sales is based upon a full picture of the consumer's financial capability. And now the provider can be assured that all financial capability factors have been taken into account when selling the product. Together with existing credit information, retailers can be assured they have a more robust and accurate picture of a customer's ability to pay which is fair to all.
