Gillys Bakery has been around since 2003. Baking Sourdough and other speciality bread for sale at local farmers markets, Wellington, Martock and Country Fairs.Gillys bakery is located in the Blackdown hills between Honiton and Chard. Gillys Bakery is a member of the Blackdown Hills Business Association. All bread is baked at home using organic Wholemeal, and Spelt flours from Burcott Mill, Doves Rye, Granary and unbleached White flour from Ganesha, free range eggs etc., spring water.
