Matthew Oliver has replaced all our windows and front door, and the experience we had was excellent from start to finish. Communication was fantastic every step of the way, and Faye in the office was brilliant keeping us informed and answering all of our questions. Lee, was very passionate about the product without being pushy or making us feel uncomfortable, he was very professional and friendly and great when helping us choose the final products in the showroom - and we couldn't be happier with the end result! Our 2 fitters James and Jim were excellent. I found the fact that their names and pictures were sent over before they started, a very thoughtful process, so I knew exactly who to expect. They were both professional, friendly and very respectful of our home, they cleaned up brilliantly leaving our house extremely tidy when they left each night.
